We will be having a meeting on Monday October 4th, starting at 4:30P.M. with sign in at 4:15P.M. The meeting will be held at the EREA building in Elk River. (see previous postings for directions)
This meeting is important because our negotiating team is asking for a vote to seek mediation in the negotiation process with the district. Our council rep, members of the executive board and negotiating team will be on hand to answer questions and inform you before the possible vote.
I look forward to seeing everyone and please make it a point to tell your co-workers and attend the meeting.

ReplyDeleteThank you Perry for sending me the blog to read up on the union news. I knew nothing about a meeting to vote on Aug. ?. I never reveived a phone call. I will tell you that I was on a vacation at that time, but I never got a call or e-mail regarding this. I can understand you missing me because I was on vacation but very few of us at Twin Lakes got a phone call or knew of this vote, or the outcome. Are there other members who are being missed?
